The Telesales Agent is accountable for managing the entire telesales
marketing process in collaboration with his supervisor and for recording all
calls on the CRM system.
- Conducting telesales marketing for prospective trainees using the
Academy's database existence on the system.
- Enrolling follow-up results into the CRM.
- Transferring specialized calls to the concerned employee by sending a note
on the system.
- Submitting detailed weekly periodic reports on communications,
accomplishments, and work schedules.
