Job Goal:-

The call centre Agent is accountable for managing the entire telesales marketing process in collaboration with his supervisor and for recording all calls on the CRM system.

Job Duties:-

  • Conducting telesales marketing for prospective trainees using the Academy's database existence on the system.
  • Enrolling follow-up results into the CRM.
  • Transferring specialized calls to the concerned employee by sending a note on the system.
  • Submitting detailed weekly periodic reports on communications, accomplishments, and work schedules.
