Job Duties

  • Receiving and welcoming visitors in the best way that shows general appearance of the company.
  • Helping visitors reach the nearest employee who can help them.
  • Organizing incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Entering students' complaints and suggestions in the specified screen on the system.
  • Follow up on the department's e-mail and enter its requirements into the system
  • Sending a Ticket to the concerned employee through the system to ensure that the communication process is completed
  • Communicate with the logistic support department to maintain the company's appearance permanently.
  • Submit detailed weekly periodic reports on communications according to the (student databases) methodology.
