Job Goal:-
Individuals Training Manager is responsible for preparing, developing and
drawing up marketing and sales strategies for the individuals department,
achieving sales to the target audience and setting selling objectives through
methodologies ensure these goals are well achieved, and in charge of training
and qualifying sales and marketing personnel in the department.
Job Duties:-
- Creating and introducing new programs and projects to generate additional
revenue and income streams for the academy.
- Identifying client needs and interests, as well as potential markets.
- Create a comprehensive database on markets, competitors, prices, marketing
practices, and training courses.
- Collaboration with an HR department in interviewing, hiring and training
new employees upon the vacancies needs in the department.
- Assigning and specifying job responsibilities to employees based on their
key performance indicators (KPIs) for each employee.
- Collaboration with QA and HR department in choosing and evaluating
trainers and instructors in accordance with the development plans proposed.
- Conducting researches into student needs in order to provide what's new
and supervising the design of study programs for trainees.
- Develop internal and external methodologies for the
department.
