Job Goal:-

Local Corporate Sales Account Manager is responsible for carrying out the marketing work required according to the plan approved by the corporate training manager to achieve the best possible spread of the group’s services (training courses) and in line with the group’s position in the local and international market, using the best and latest marketing methods under the supervision of the corporate training manager, internally through the phone and meeting customers inside the academy or externally by contacting customers at their workplace.

Job Duties:-

  • Implementing the approved marketing plan, doing all the tasks related to the position and making calls within an agreed-upon preparation with the department manager and within clear standards for the quality of the call to ensure the highest level of communication with customers.
  • Conducting all activities assigned by the department manager within the scope of work in the Marketing and Sales Department, including client follow-up prior to sales, promotion, and necessary post-sale follow-up to assure the quality of services offered.
  • Providing a weekly/daily report to the department manager detailing what has been completed and what has been postponed, along with a statement of the reason.
  • Searching and expanding new client pool and trying to find new potential clients within plans approved by the department's policy.
  • Providing considerable efforts to participate in tenders and preparing all procedures to take approvals.
  • Collaboration with the team to accomplish the department's tasks to achieve the sales target.
  • Preparing detailed offers and proposals specifically for training courses.
  • Revising KPIs with the department manager to ensure its working as request
